Our client, a leading multinational information technology services company is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Tester for IVR and Chatbot Voice Bot to join their business in Germany.

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our IVR and Chatbot Voice Bot development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible together with the other testers of the team for ensuring the quality and performance of our voice and chatbot solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IVR and chatbot voice bot applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and document defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Utilize automated testing tools such as Cyara, and Botium to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Design and implementation of test automation strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test results, defects, and testing progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software testing, preferably with a focus on IVR and chatbot voice bot applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cyara, and Botium
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential (minimum B1 Level).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of voice recognition technologies (STT) and natural language processing (NLP).
