What To Expect
Join our EMEA Recruitment team, where you'll play a key role in growing our Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) organization—the backbone of our customer experience.
In this role, you'll primarily recruit for core SSD positions, including roles such as: Service Technicians, Sales Advisors, Service Managers, and Store Managers. You'll be a part of our Region Central team, consisting of talented recruiters who support hiring in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania.
This role is based onsite at our German HQ in Berlin.
What You'll Do- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape hiring strategies
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment pipelines and hiring decisions
- Actively source top candidates through multiple channels
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
- Collaborate with other Recruitment - and People teams across EMEA
What You'll Bring- 360° recruitment experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Strong skills in sourcing, talent assessment, and offer negotiation
- Proven ability to hire at scale and manage high-volume recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Data-driven mindset – experience using insights to enhance recruitment strategies
- Fluent in English & German (additional Eastern European language skills are a plus)
