Serve as the lead technical expert for constructors of cleaning machines (EU region), customers within the Marine Industry and the Railway Market (Western Europe).
Identify customer pain points and convert them into actionable technical solutions.
Provide hands‑on support via email, phone, and on‑site visits.
Own and resolve customer technical requests directly.
Organize and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated “Cleaner Champions”.
Act as the go‑to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe.
Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps.
Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g., marine approvals).
Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding into new markets.
Engineer / Bachelor / Master’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment, ideally in Railway, Marine, or Maintenance Cleaning.
Organizational and communication skills and a high degree of independence and ownership.
Fluent language skills in English, additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish are a plus.
