Robotics Experience

CQ Engineer (Robotics) - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a CQ Engineer (Robotics) to join their team.

What You'll Do

• Validation Documentation Management (SAT/FAT) using Kneat Author, review, and maintain Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documentation within Kneat. Ensure streamlined validation workflows and adherence to audit and compliance standards.
• Packaging and Robotics Equipment Qualification Lead and support qualification activities for automated packaging and robotics systems, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
• Execution of FAT and SAT Protocols

Requirements
Plan, execute, and document FAT and SAT protocols for complex manufacturing and automation systems. Ensure alignment with user requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory expectations.
What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
• Requires extensive experience in C&Q within a GMP-regulated biopharma or biotech facility

• Proven experience with:

• Automated packaging and robotics systems

• Strong understanding of validation principles, GMP documentation, and equipment lifecycle
• Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., DeltaV, Siemens PCS7, Rockwell)
