SaaS Legal Counsel

Role: As SaaS counsel you will: together with group legal experts, implement defined legal standards in a harmonized and coherent way across a cluster of SaaS brands in different EU countriesbe the legal SPOC for a cluster of SaaS brands and support them on strategic legal projects, increasing their legal maturity and awarenessimprove legal processes by sharing best practices among SaaS brands and within the legal teamprovide first line legal support and legal advise to a cluster of SaaS brandsliaise and coordinate with group legal experts and outside counsel for second line legal support and legal advisedrive the post-closing legal integration of new SaaS acquisitions act as corporate secretary for SaaS brands within your clusteridentify and implement relevant upcoming regulations within your clustersupport cross-sell activities involving relevant SaaS brands Profile: You: have at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, including at least a first in-house experience have experience working as a legal counsel within a startup or scaleup environment are fluent in English, both verbal and in writingare a problem solverare keen to develop your project management skills, dealing with multiple stakeholdersare both analytical and pragmaticare well-organised and a self-starterhave an open mind, broad interests and enjoy working with people from different backgroundsactively consult with your colleagues, take initiative and ask questions Additional preferred qualifications: experience in SaaS Offer: Candidates for this role can expect to find this at team.blue: an entrepreneurial environment with direct contact with scaleup founders and C-levelan international, fast-growing and private equity-backed group with HQ in Ghent, Belgiumthe General Counsel for SaaS, to whom you’ll report, gives confidence and freedompart of a close-knit group of international legal professionalsa dynamic work environmenta company truly committed to its valuesan attractive salary package in line with your experiencethe option to work fully remote or at any of our offices across Europe Right to Work At any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.
