Our portfolio includes the creation of complete projects as a general contractor in the field of high and extra-high voltage overhead lines on a national and international level. We work with internal partners of the LEONHARD WEISS group as well as external specialists.

Your Responsibilities

• You support our construction and project managers in administrative day-to-day business to ensure the successful implementation of construction measures
• You process internal and external correspondence
• You are responsible for the electronic storage of documents
• You create invoices and manage supplier invoices
• You plan, document, and coordinate dates

Your Profile

• A completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably with a technical background
• A quick grasp, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office; SAP and RIB iTWO knowledge are an advantage
• Readiness for action, reliability, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent and goal-oriented work, communication strength, and team spirit
