Job Role Summary/Overview

Join a dynamic global sales and lead generation company that operates across three major English-speaking markets - the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. This fast-growing business has established a strong presence in the Australian market while expanding internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a results-driven sales team where your cold calling expertise will directly impact revenue generation for SaaS companies across multiple international markets. You’ll be conducting professional B2B outbound calling to generate qualified leads and book meetings, working in a performance-based environment that rewards success through competitive commission structures.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: USD 5.19, the equivalent to your local currency
Paid Hours per Week: 40
Available Schedules:
1 - Work Schedule: 4am - 1pm EST
2 - Work Schedule : 8pm - 5am EST
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional B2B cold calling campaigns targeting prospects in US, UK, and Australian markets
  • Generate high-quality leads through strategic outbound calling activities
  • Book qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in company CRM systems
  • Follow proven scripts and calling procedures while adapting to prospect needs
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly KPIs for call volume and meeting bookings
  • Collaborate with team members across different time zones to ensure seamless coverage

Requirements

  • Minimum of several years of B2B professional cold calling experience
  • Exceptional English communication skills with a confident, professional accent
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry strongly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours within specified time zones (8 PM to 5 AM EST or 4 AM to 1 PM EST)
  • Strong phone presence with excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet connection and professional workspace
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and targets
