Role Overview

For our open position as Sales Manager , join the Sales Team and support customers with inquiries related to car purchases. You will work remotely and manage sales relations with customers and partners in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic sales team that tackles exciting challenges at the intersection of inside sales and the automotive industry.
• Acquire new business partners by phone and turn every customer contact into a unique experience with tailored product solutions.
• Shape the sales process collaboratively, relying on continuous support and coaching from your team leader.
• Plan your workday independently and celebrate your individual achievements in sales.
• Report regularly to your team lead and keep track of KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, Telesales or Door-to-Door sales is desired.
• Strong communication skills, active listening, high motivation, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Passionate about phone sales and the automotive world.
• Excellent German written and spoken communication skills.
