SAP Basis Project Coordinator - S4HANA - Hana DB - Long Term Opportunity

This role supports the successful delivery of S4HANA implementation projects by coordinating SAP Basis activities and aligning technical efforts with project objectives. You will bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP Basis tasks, including system landscape management, transport configuration, and Basis-related activities throughout the S4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between SAP Basis, infrastructure, functional teams, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor and support system upgrades, migrations, and cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Identify and resolve Basis-related issues promptly, escalating when necessary to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports to support effective decision-making.
• Collaborate with vendors and global teams to deliver Basis-related project requirements.

Essential Qualifications

Experience in SAP Basis administration, with exposure to S4HANA environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, transport management, and system monitoring.
Proven ability to coordinate projects or manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with HANA DB, Fiori, and Solution Manager.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with cloud and on-premise hybrid landscapes.
Previous work with global teams or vendors.
PMP or similar project management certification.
