SAP TM Consultant (Transportation Management)/ End Client / Remote / Permanent Position

For a global leader in technology and automation, we are looking for an SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant to join their organization.The selected professional will contribute to the implementation and optimization of Transportation Management processes within the SAP RISE framework, collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.The role involves working with global teams and offers a remote work model, with occasional on-site presence required during specific project phases. Candidates must be based in Europe and able to work according to European time zones. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze transportation processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP TM functionalities.Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions in line with business requirements and best practices.Collaborate with system integrators, ensuring both technical and functional quality of developed solutions.Perform testing, validation, and system performance monitoring.Provide training and support to end users, promoting effective adoption of SAP solutions.Prepare functional and technical documentation (manuals, procedures, configurations).Participate in SAP TM project planning, ensuring timely delivery.Stay up to date on SAP TM and SAP RISE innovations and new functionalities. RequirementsDegree in Economics, Computer Science, Logistics, or related fields.Strong knowledge of the SAP TM module and its integration with SD, MM, eWM, and BN4L.Experience with SAP RISE and preferably SAP S/4HANA.At least 6 years of experience in similar roles (SAP TM Functional Analyst or equivalent).Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset for international teamwork.Experience in user training and managing complex projects.Proactive attitude toward innovation and continuous learning.
