SAP Training Lead

SAP Training Lead - Germany - Hybrid

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP Training Leadto start on an SAP S/4 HANA project for one of our global clients.

The SAP Training Lead is expected to start December 2025 for an initial 6‑month contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be hybrid with travel once every 2 weeks in Germany.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience of developing and administering training programs and curricula
• Expertise in SAP project training implementation
• Excellent English and German speaking
• Hands on experience with training delivery methods, learning academy setups, and implementing training approaches
• Knowledge of adult/corporate learning, coaching, mentoring and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience within project management within an agile setting
• High-level knowledge pf security authorisation requirements, job roles, and transaction concepts
• Preferred background in ERP / S4 HANA systems
