• Application management
• OS deployment (In-place upgrades, capturing/deploying OS images, PXE and offline media)
• Driver management
• Software update deployment
• Device compliance
• Endpoint protection
• SQL queries
• HW/SW Inventory
• CMPivot
• Infrastructure – designing, implementing and administering
• Topologies and site types
• SQL database management
• Boundaries and boundary group configuration
• Collection evaluation
• Content management and delivery options (branch cache, peer cache, DO)
• Capacity planning and performance
• Security and privacy (including configuring HTTPS, RBAC)
• Upgrading Configuration Manager in online and offline mode
• Backup and Recovery
• Active Directory – Sites and Services, Users & Computers, Group Policy
• Certificate Services
• Windows 10/11 – provisioning and servicing
• Customizing and unattended installations
• Windows as a Service – implementing with ConfigMgr
• Microsoft Office Suite provisioning and servicing
• Cloud/Hybrid – desirable (Cloud Management Gateway, Co-management, Autopilot Provisioning, Endpoint Analytics, Intune)

Qualifications

• Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
• Experience: Configuration Manager – Subject Matter Expert level within the last 3 years
• Active Directory: Sites and Services, Users & Computers, Group Policy
• Certificate Services
• Windows 10/11 – provisioning and servicing; Windows as a Service – implementing with ConfigMgr
• Microsoft Office Suite provisioning and servicing
• Cloud/Hybrid capabilities desirable: Cloud Management Gateway, Co-management, Autopilot Provisioning, Endpoint Analytics, Intune
