Responsibilities

• Planning and facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro and cross-team syncs as well as keeping agendas tight and outcomes documented
• Unblocking teams quickly, escalating with context and tracking to closure
• Mentoring teams on agile/lean practices, WIP limits, DoR/DoD, estimation and effective slicing as well as implementing Kaizen items from retros
• Maintaining team boards, defining, publishing delivery metrics and drive data-informed improvements
• Orchestrating dependencies across platform squads and vendors as well as preparing for release/CAB and freeze windows with the Release Manager
• Providing concise status, risks and decisions to Product/Program as well as keeping expectations aligned and surprises low

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in engineering teams
• Proven experience with Scrum/kanban facilitation, impediment removal and conflict resolution
• Experience with comfortably operating in regulated/sovereign contexts where evidence and gates matter
• Strong facilitator and communicator across engineering, product and security
• Familiarity with CI/CD, SLOs, and gated releases
• Experience with multi-team platform programs and vendor coordination
• Very good knowledge of English written and spoken, German as a plus
