Sector Growth Sr Specialist – Media & Entertainment, Associate Director

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients and Industries (formerly Markets) operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions. This permanent position reports to the Global Industry Strategy & Execution Lead and focuses on aligning operating models to support client service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Connect and collaborate: Be ‘the glue’ driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region (SR), and Service Line (SL) teams and ensure alignment with global and SR enablement teams. Cultivate community engagement with the GCSPs that supports a view of client demand and buy‑in of prioritized accounts to drive growth of the Sector.
• Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Work closely with GCSPs of strategically important accounts to drive solutions and campaigns, converting opportunities into wins and strengthening relationships with SL and Region Account/Pursuit teams.
• Facilitate and drive execution: Support shaping the vision and ambition for the Sector in collaboration with the Global Sector Leader (GSL), SR Sector Leaders and SL representatives, and drive end‑to‑end execution. Support the Sector Board activities ensuring disciplined and impactful board management. Monitor macro‑trends and orchestrate the strategic planning cycle to support growth, prioritization, and timely deployment of solutions, accounts and capital.
• Go‑to‑Market & “Big Bet” Activation: Support GtM and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of the GtM strategy and execution of Sector big bets and alliance initiatives, including capital allocation aligned with the Sector strategy.
• Brand & Market Reputation: Jointly support with BMC and Insights the sector’s market reputation, including analyst relations and foster relationships with external parties to support EY’s strategic positioning within the sector.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 10+ years of current experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm track record.
• Flexibility to work extended hours due to varying client time zones.

What We Offer You

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $135,300 to $260,400 in the U.S., and higher ranges for major metro areas. Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
• Hybrid work model with expectation to work in person 40‑60% of the time for client‑serving roles.
