Senior ABAP Developer

About the Role We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong experience in S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 environments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with ABAP development, comfortable working in a hybrid setup, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions within an agile global environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP and ABAP-OO. Work with Modulpool, Batch Input, and RESTful API/OData frameworks. Support S/4HANA migration and system upgrade initiatives. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on design and delivery. Provide production support and continuous improvement for SAP systems. Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. Proven expertise in S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 EHP8 environments. Strong knowledge of ABAP-OO, Modulpool, Batch Input, and REST/OData APIs. Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization. Ability to work both independently and within a global project team. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Nice to Have Experience in Fintech / Payment / Banking domain. Exposure to SAP Fiori, BADI, User Exits, or Enhancement Framework.
