For our rapidly growing Public Health Sales team we are seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Client Manager – Public Healthcare (w/m/d) – Region Süd.

Role focus: sales professionals with health sector or technical environment experience, with a clear emphasis on new business development.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers in the research, teaching, health, clinics and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Identify and build new sales channels; develop existing channels.
  • Establish and maintain a continuous, sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage our technical innovations to unlock profitable business opportunities and help customers improve their operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education and initial IT industry experience; skills in customer acquisition, strategic account management and business development.
  • Experience in health sector companies and/or public sector or private sector settings.
  • Hungry for new customer acquisition.
  • Experience in managing offers and customer engagements.
  • Familiarity with at least one technology area (Networking, Security, Managed Services, Digital Workspace or Datacenter) and comfort with business metrics and calculations.
  • Good German language skills are a must; good English.
