Senior Commercial Manager – Germany, Frankfurt – Permanent Contract

What You’ll Do

• Oversee subcontractor performance and progress
• Manage change orders, claims, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality teams
• Minimise risk through proactive planning and communication
• Report to the Project Procurement Manager

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in large-scale construction or plant projects
• Strong contract and negotiation skills (VOB/BGB/HOAI a plus)
• Fluent in English (German a bonus)
• Willingness to travel and work on-site
