As a Senior Cloud Application Architect, you will be engaged in complex projects with autonomy and discretion, often involving multiple Amazon and customer teams.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Work with customers and partners, guiding and supporting them through planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives, while collaborating with relevant Sales and Service Teams.
2. Help with designing and delivering of solutions that solve for new levels of complexity, scale, and performance, enabling breakthrough innovations.
3. Create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices, and artifacts that deliver prescriptive guidance to customers, and publish and present them in large forums and across various media platforms.
4. Travel to customer locations as required.

German fluency is required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experiences as Software / Solution Architect, Lead Architect or similar role
- Experience in architecting, designing, and developing applications on the AWS platform
- Experience in designing and modernizing applications using containers, serverless technologies, and event-driven architectures
- Prior consulting experience working directly with customers and partners
