Tasks

What's this job all about:

1. Client Consultation and Solution Design: Advise on digital HR transformation, develop tailored strategies, and implement HR technology solutions to address unique challenges and enhance HR processes.
2. Project Management: Oversee the creation and execution of project plans, including development, selection, and implementation of HR-IT systems, ensuring success through reports and presentations.
3. Business Development: Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process to attract new clients.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

1. 3-6 years of experience in HR transformation or related fields.
2. Degree in Business Management, IT, Occupational Psychology, or related fields.
3. Proficient in utilising HR systems with a solid understanding of how their interconnections impact end users and the organisation.
4. Strong ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful client delivery.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with clients.
6. Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English.
