About the Opportunity

Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Germany, is prioritizing the hire of a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant / Project Leader to play a pivotal role in expanding their Dynamics practice.

This is more than a consulting position, it’s a an opportunity dive deep into strategic leadership and help grow their Dynamics practice across the business, offering genuine autonomy within a holocratic, low-hierarchy structure (4.7★ Kununu).

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE projects across diverse clients and industries
• Bring deep, hands‑on expertise in at least one or two key modules (e.g. Sales, Marketing, or Field Operations )
• Drive the Dynamics topic internally - influencing direction, innovation, and delivery standards
• Support business development and market analysis , identifying new opportunities for growth
• Eventually take a key role in building and leading a dedicated Dynamics team
• Contribute to the company’s ambitious 2026 growth plans for its Dynamics practice

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE consulting
• Strong functional understanding of key modules (Sales, Marketing, Field Service, etc.)
• Strategic mindset, comfortable balancing delivery with business growth initiatives
• Motivation to develop a team or build a practice area
• Confident communicator and collaborator with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent English and German
