Senior Development Manager Application Management (mfd)

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

• Definition and review of the Application Management strategy.
• Design of new services / service components / tools in the application management area.
• Innovation lead for the application management area.
• Maintenance and further development of templates for service certificates and presentations.
• Support with pre‑sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area.
• Partial / project management of customer or internal projects.
• Support of the strategic development of the Managed Services area.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications and / or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in SAP application management and experience in presales of application management.
• Experience in managed IT / SAP Managed Services outsourcing and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are considered an advantage.
• Strong solution orientation and leadership skills as well as very strong communication skills.
• High degree of independence and flexibility as well as strong customer orientation and persuasiveness.
• Confident with PowerPoint Excel and Word.
• You are business fluent in both German and English.
