Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Taking responsibility for a complex integration module for multiple IC technologies
• Analyzing data from parameter tests, functional tests, and manufacturing processes using modern analysis methods and tools
• Leading teams to solve complex problems in the overall process
• Definition of corrective and improvement measures
• Optimization of the yield and quality of our complex Infineon products
• Identification and analysis of yield detractors (design, testing, technology)
• Evaluating production trials and implementing improvements in collaboration with experts from various departments
• Regular reporting on yields to internal and external partners
• Further development and application of digitization methods in the field of data analysis

Your Profile

Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly identify the causes of problems and develop effective solutions. Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively across departments. You use your creativity and knowledge in a targeted manner to achieve results with real added value. You drive processes that are both efficient and innovative, while valuing the contributions of others. Teamwork is important to you, and you put common goals above personal interests.

Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed

• A university degree in microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable technical field, PhD is an advantage
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in the field of process integration
• Good to very good methodological skills (8D, T6S, FMEA)
• Confident communication in English and German
