YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Senior Enterprise Architect - RISE (f/m/d), you will guide customers through digital transformations using cutting-edge SAP technologies, advancing the RISE with SAP initiative, promoting Clean Core principles, and accelerating SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption.

You will utilize customer-specific information to develop a comprehensive reference Enterprise Architecture - RISE Model, aligning with their business objectives. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of experienced colleagues and drive activities such as:

• Developing reference architectures and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices
• Providing architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles
• Identifying innovation use cases aligned with strategic and operational goals
• Advising management on architecture and transformation activities
• Mitigating technical adoption risks
• Aligning customers and partners with SAP’s Clean Core strategy to accelerate BTP adoption

YOUR PROFILE

We seek dynamic, advisory-minded colleagues from a multi-national environment who can drive standards, organizational change, and innovation.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Informatics , or comparable education
• 6-8+ years of practical experience advising management and working as an enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor in a multi-national environment
• Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformations, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps
• Experience delivering at least one full SAP implementation, from process design to post-GoLive support and optimization
• S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge
• Professional training and certifications (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework, LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect (P_SAPEA_2023), TOGAF) are a plus
• Good knowledge of SAP’s strategy, product portfolio, and their impact on business
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking, continuous learning mindset, and business acumen
• Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and fast growth
• Excellent English and German language skills
