Your Tasks

• Review of the tracking of ESPHORA Labor Hours (currently excel based and managed by ITS Project PMO) ensuring they are reconciled and tie back to defined cost types which will be used to derive Capitalization values.
• Review of the tracking of ESPHORA all Third party Contractors (currently excel based and managed by ITS Project PMO) ensuring they are reconciled and tie back to defined cost types which will be used to derive Capitalization values.
• Tracking of actual CapEx postings bookings into ITS Cost Centers.
• Ongoing reviews and support of this analysis of all capitalization reviews with Technical Accounting & Tax.
• Automation Labor Hour Tracking Tool.
• Work with ITS Controlling, ITS PMO (owner), Technical Accounting as ITS automate the global tracking of hours under Service Now Tool.
• Support the ESPHORA Project Controlling.
• Monthly tracking and reconciliations of Financials in P92 and comparison to Budget and Forecast.
• Budget and Forecast Updates.
• Support ITS Business Partnering (including DE).
• Monthly Reporting.
• Project Business case Review.
• Anaplan Updates.
• P16, P11, P92 & P29 Reporting.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years experience as Controller, managing spend and time tracking.
• Strong excel and analytical skills.
• Management within strict deadline.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work without supervision.
• Flexibility and appreciation of deadlines.
• Good analytical skills and accounting bookkeeping skills.
• Understanding of IFRS and Accounting Standards.
• Good working oral and written knowledge of English.
• Understanding of ITS and ESPHORA Program.
