Job Description

Build and run one of the fastest growing neo‑brokers in Europe.
Be part of a highly motivated cross‑functional team focused on expanding our broker business.
Make trading a unique and enjoyable experience by enriching our web app with state‑of‑the‑art features.
Get to work on cutting‑edge technology and be part of modern software development practices (agile, self‑sufficient teams, CI/CD, test automation, cloud‑based infrastructure and tooling).
Write clean, testable, maintainable and well‑documented code and treat security as a first‑class citizen.
Lead conversations with other engineers.
Actively take part in architecture decisions.

Qualifications

Solid experience in complex software projects with end‑to‑end ownership.
University degree in a relevant field (CS, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification.
Ability to think outside the box and work independently.
Analytical proficiency in the technical and product domain.
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, targeting engineering, product, or other stakeholders.
Strong professional background in our technology stack: Typescript, ReactJS, Webpack, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, Docker, AWS.
Interest in other technology stacks.
Professional proficiency in English.
Background in FinTech is a strong plus.
