AboutThe Company is a dynamic digital agency delivering data-driven, creative, and technology solutions to global clients. We’re now building an exciting in-house product and are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to work closely with our Head of Technical in shaping and developing this new platform. Role OverviewAs a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our in-house product. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Technical to architect scalable systems, ensure best practices in development, and implement high-quality, maintainable code across the full technology stack. Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 12.9 per hour in the applicant’s local currencyNumber of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hoursSchedule: Flexible 40 hours per week with meetings once a week during the client's business hours in London UK timeWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Head of Technical to design, build, and deploy a scalable in-house product.Develop, test, and maintain robust front-end and back-end components.Work with APIs and integrate third-party services.Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes via GitHub.Ensure best practices in performance, security, and code quality.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve technical challenges. RequirementsExcellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.Strong experience in:ReactJSTypeScriptExpressJSMySQL / PostgreSQLGitHub CI/CDNice to have experience with:PrismaSwaggerREST API documentation and testing toolsPreferred Experience5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.Proven track record in developing and deploying scalable applications.Strong understanding of software architecture and development best practices.Experience working in an agile or startup environment.
