Senior Full-Stack Engineer | $20M AI Startup | Permanent Role We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology company developing innovative AI-powered web applications. To strengthen their engineering team, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep experience in system architecture and end-to-end web development. This is a chance to take ownership of key product components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and forward-looking solutions that have real-world impact. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure web applications.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while optimising applications for performance and maintainability.Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across the engineering team.Work closely with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.Mentor and support junior engineers, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.Keep up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential benefits for the business. Requirements & Preferred Skills5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, with experience building production-ready applications.Familiarity with the modern React ecosystem and supporting front-end tooling.Solid understanding of system design principles and data modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience handling complex, large-scale systems.Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within an engineering team.
