We are partnering with a rapidly growing AI-driven technology company building cutting-edge web applications. To accelerate their next phase of growth, we are expanding the search to include multiple Senior Full-Stack Engineering profiles, each playing a critical role in shaping the future of the platform.

Open Profiles (Multiple Senior Full-Stack Engineering Roles)

We are actively hiring across several senior profiles. Candidates with strengths in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

1. Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Operational Maturity

For engineers who have been through advanced scale‑up environments and can bring maturity to engineering processes:

• Experience with logging, monitoring, incident response, scalability, and infrastructure best practices
• Ability to design systems that evolve gracefully as the company scales

2. Senior Product-Focused Full-Stack Engineer

For engineers who think beyond code and thrive close to the business:

• Strong interest in understanding user problems and product direction
• Business-facing, working closely with multiple departments
• Involved in experimental and greenfield initiatives

3. Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Front-End Leaning

For engineers who excel at delivering features quickly and with high quality:

• Strong front-end skills (React, TypeScript)
• Ability to drive UI / UX implementation and collaborate closely with designers

4. Senior Developer Productivity / Engineering Effectiveness Engineer

A special role for engineers passionate about improving how teams build software:

• Experience in developer productivity, internal tooling, CI / CD, build systems
• Focus on improving time-to-production, upgrading shared libraries, reducing tech debt
• Split role: 50% improvement initiatives, 50% feature development with product teams

Core Responsibilities (All Profiles)

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure web applications
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and product managers to build impactful features
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to strengthen the platform

Requirements (Across All Profiles)

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React with production-ready experience
• Solid grounding in system design, architecture, and data modeling
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems with high autonomy
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

• Start: ASAP (up to 3-month notice accepted)
• Location: Fully remote within Germany
