This is a full-time remote opportunity, open to candidates across the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. You will manage multiple stakeholders, oversee technical teams, and implement best practices to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is a strategic role, offering the opportunity to shape delivery processes and contribute to the success of a growing software organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and software development projects.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across distributed locations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Implement Agile or hybrid project management methodologies and promote best practices.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members to strengthen project delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred).
8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale software or IT projects in distributed, remote environments.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-border teams effectively.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is an advantage.
