What You’ll Do

Drive Impactful Consulting Projects

• Work on key industry challenges: grid and infrastructure projects for DSOs/TSOs, asset management, smart grid development, pricing & sales strategies, and digital customer solutions.
• Support clients in building new non-commodity business models (PV, heat, e-mobility), HEMS and flexibility solutions.

Shape Digital and Process Innovation

• Identify and design solutions using technologies like AI, automation and robotics.
• Anticipate regulatory and market developments and advise clients holistically on how to respond.

Combine Technology with Industry Expertise

• Develop, test and scale data-driven use cases in close collaboration with our clients.
• Translate industry needs into practical, measurable outcomes.

Work Closely with Our Clients

• Create tailored solutions and build strong, trusted relationships — including with C-level stakeholders.
• Guide clients through their transformation and help them realise long-term value.

Contribute to Thought Leadership

• Bring new ideas into our consulting portfolio.
• Contribute to white papers, publications and strategic viewpoints that shape the industry dialogue.

What You Bring

• A university degree in industrial engineering, energy economics, business administration, economics, electrical engineering or a similar field.
• Ideally, experience in the energy sector — in consulting or industry — and an existing network is a plus.
• Strong understanding of key challenges in generation, grid and transport infrastructure, sales or trading.
• Expertise in digitalisation, process optimisation, supply chain or asset management, commercial excellence (pricing, B2B strategy), infrastructure projects or customer service.
• Confidence in working with modern technologies (analytics, automation, ML, GenAI).
• Strong customer orientation, excellent German and English skills, and willingness to travel.
