Your Role

As a Senior Modern Workplace Technician in our Modern Workplace Services (MWS) team, you will be at the forefront of shaping a cutting-edge digital work environment. You’ll lead in-country IT support, manage modern workplace technologies, and collaborate across departments to enhance user experience, mobility, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development of a modern, secure, and user-friendly workplace environment.

Administer and support Microsoft Cloud solutions and endpoint management tools.

Lead the implementation of Modern Workspace Portfolio services.

Collaborate with global teams to expand and improve IT services.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across devices and platforms.

Maintain compliance with ITIL and SOX standards.

Create and maintain documentation and training materials.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Solid experience in IT, ideally in a global manufacturing environment

Certifications : ITIL, Microsoft 365, Intune, D365 (preferred)
