Senior Onshore Wind Project Developer (m/w/d)

A leading global renewable energy developer operating right across the renewables sector with a pipeline of Onshore Wind and hybrid projects.

As Senior Project Developer you will lead throughout the full project development lifecycle and business development activities across a range of technologies in this broad and dynamic role.

Some duties would include:

• Lead, develop and drive the growth of a diverse pipeline of Wind projects.
• Manage all stages of an onshore wind project including commercial and technical negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong networks with landowners, municipalities, and local stakeholders.
• Be accountable for progress reports in accordance with agreed timeframes, schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic plans.
• Represent the company and the team in regional matters, providing leadership and clear direction.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years in renewable energy project development.
• Use your network and expertise to bring in new project opportunities.
• Be the single point of contact for your team and clients during project implementation.
• Speak German to C1 level or higher.
