Role Overview
As a Senior Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BPM/CRM solutions using the Pega platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements
• Collaborate with architects to define solution design, application structure, and system integrations
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrails

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC (v8.x preferred)
• Proven experience in designing case management, workflows, integrations, and UI in Pega
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks such as Customer Service, Sales Automation, or Decisioning is a plus
• Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and enterprise application integration
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Additional certifications such as Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) are highly desirable
