Senior Pricing Strategy Manager

JCA Associates are working with one of the worlds leading intelligent workflow automation solutions vendors who are looking to hire a Senior Pricing Specialist to join the team in Europe.

This is a new position and the main focus of the role will be to design and build pricing models for the new and existing global portfolio of SaaS products. You will need to liaise with customers, partners and the internal sales teams to formulate pricing strategy's for individual products and packaged services.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of SaaS pricing models
• Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
• Executive presence, public speaking, deep critical thinking and ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex topics in easy-to-understand terms

Required Experience:

• 7-10 years of pricing or related experience
• 7-10 years of B2B software pricing experience (SaaS pricing preferred)
• 7-10 years of software technology company experience or management consulting experience
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with and influence the decisions of different levels of management
• Intellectually curious, creative strategic business thinker who loves to tackle complex challenges
• Experience managing and running concurrent projects with complex stakeholder dynamics with desire to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Proven track record of working and excelling in high-pressure environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive own work with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
• Prior management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, pricing/product strategy, or product management experience
