Overview

A leading global organization within the industrial and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced SAP CO Business Process Expert (m/f/d) to support the ongoing digital transformation with S/4HANA. You will play a key role in developing, harmonizing, and optimizing global SAP CO processes within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for all SAP CO-related topics, supporting business and IT stakeholders.

• Drive the ongoing S/4HANA transformation and actively contribute to global rollout and optimisation projects.

• Lead the development and expansion of SAP CO processes across international business units.

• Take ownership of the implementation, maintenance, and further enhancement of SAP CO applications.

• Serve as a sub-project lead, ensuring effective execution and contributing strategic input.

• Collaborate closely with international teams, including local business leads, key users, and IT infrastructure.

• Partner with cross-functional SAP teams and business process owners to ensure process alignment and synergy.

• Stay current with emerging technologies in the S/4HANA environment and incorporate innovative solutions.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as an SAP CO (in-house or external) consultant and sub-project manager.

• Ideally experienced in S/4HANA projects and transformations.

• Background in the manufacturing or process industry preferred.

• Strong communication skills in both German and English .

• Independent, structured working style with strong team orientation.

• Passionate about SAP and motivated to contribute in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
