An internationally renowned industrial group is seeking a Business Process Expert – SAP QM / PP (m/f/d) to support and shape its ongoing S/4HANA digital transformation. The role combines strategic project work with operational excellence, focusing primarily on SAP QM, with secondary responsibilities in PP. You will play a pivotal role in standardising and optimising business processes across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for SAP QM topics and related SAP PP functions, supporting both business and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to the group-wide rollout and optimisation of SAP QM/PP as part of the S/4HANA transformation.
• Drive the global development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP QM and PP modules.
• Act as a trusted business process and IT partner in managing specialist applications across international locations.
• Lead sub-projects, delivering strategic input and hands-on execution of process enhancements.
• Collaborate with international managers, key users, and process owners to ensure global harmonisation and operational alignment.
• Work closely with colleagues from other SAP streams, infrastructure, and business units to ensure integrated solution delivery.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and innovations within the S/4HANA environment.

Your Profile

• Professional experience as an SAP (in-house or external) consultant, particularly in SAP QM; knowledge of SAP PP is a strong advantage.
• Ideally, prior exposure to S/4HANA projects or strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
• Industry experience in manufacturing or the process sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in German and English , with the ability to collaborate confidently across departments.
• Hands-on, goal-driven mindset combined with a high level of team orientation.
• Enthusiasm for SAP and a positive approach to tackling both strategic projects and daily operational challenges.
