Senior Product Manager – Core Platform

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who will lift our Core Platform strategy to the next level. Qualifyze has recently expanded its product offering in the Life Science – Supply Chain Risk Management space from a focus on managing Quality Audits to Risk Management applications. We are now a multi‑product value proposition and expect to add more solutions over the coming months and years. For this we need a strong core application and data platform.

In this role you will collaborate most and foremost with the technical Core Platform team , other product teams (both on the PM and Engineering side) as well as other internal stakeholders . You will be supported by cross‑functional teams , including BackEnd and Data Engineering to define issues, design solutions, prioritize platform feature delivery, and ensure business impact.

Main responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy : Define the product vision and create a strategy to achieve key objectives aligned with customer and company goals and market opportunities.
• Product Discovery : Work closely with clients and prospects to drive true continuous discovery. Develop and test hypotheses, especially around Value and Viability of product solutions. Drive prototype development through ‘vibe‑coding’ where appropriate (jointly with the UX team). Conduct (internal and external) surveys, interviews, drive analytics and lead customer workshops to gain champions and inform product decisions.
• Product Delivery : Organize your product delivery around prototypes and documentation developed in the discovery phase. Create and manage roadmaps and ensure feasibility and usability throughout the delivery phase. Work closely with the Engineering lead and the Design team to balance customer value with business priorities for Qualifyze.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, Quality and the Leadership team to ensure product‑market fit, launch readiness and post‑launch performance tracking.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making : Use data and KPIs to monitor product performance, track feature adoption and drive continuous improvements to meet business objectives.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in B2B SaaS software and/ or pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience in software product management approaches/processes, tools and techniques (incl. discovery techniques, vibe‑coding for prototyping, road‑mapping, customer council type events).
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS development and ability to work effectively with engineering and design teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive projects and timelines.
• Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Based in or willing to travel to Barcelona or Frankfurt offices weekly.
