Your mission

As Product Manager at 1KOMMA5 you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. You will be part of the Virtual Assembly Line - Fulfillment and help installation businesses scale the fulfillment of home electrification. Your main goal is to create intuitive solutions that reduce operational fulfillment costs. Fulfillment of home electrification includes planning, execution and documentation of installations or maintenance cases, as well as managing warehouse and logistics for installations.

Your responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle of one entire value stream of the Virtual Assembly Line. Define the product roadmap based on outcomes and manage initiatives with clear data-backed rationale.
• Customer Discovery: Run qualitative and quantitative research to gain valuable insights and identify opportunities to reduce fulfillment costs.
• Metrics & KPIs: Define and analyze KPIs across product initiatives to ensure outcomes in reducing fulfillment costs.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high quality standards. Have C-Level exposure to Finance, Operations and Supply Chain units.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead engineers and designers in cross-functional projects. Foster collaboration and alignment between teams including developers, product managers, Operations, Finance, BI teams and external partners.
• Market Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and AI with a focus on their practical application in construction and energy sectors. Translate insights into product opportunities that drive innovation in home electrification.

Your profile

We are looking for :

• Experience: 3 years in product management, ideally in renewable energy, construction or related sectors.
• Analytical Skills: Strong in market analysis, competitor research and identifying tech/AI trends; data-driven decisions and basic understanding of business modeling.
• Tools & Methods: Proficient with Linear, Figma, Miro, Notion, BI tools (e.g. Looker); familiar with Shape Up, Scrum or Kanban.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, manage timelines and drive collaboration across departments.
• Customer Focus: Deep user empathy with a passion for creating outstanding experiences and supporting the energy transition.
• Communication & Travel: Excellent English and German skills; open to travel to offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and branches across Germany and other markets.
