We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager who thrives at the crossroads of data, technology, and business impact. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle — from market discovery and strategy definition to launch and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to define product objectives, turn customer and internal insights into actionable requirements, and ensure AI-driven tools deliver measurable value to Amazon sellers. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in building and scaling data-intensive SaaS products, preferably within e-commerce, ad tech, or analytics industries. This is a hybrid role in Spain (Malaga or Madrid) . We can also consider candidates from across Europe who can start remotely and relocate later, with a relocation bonus available.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Atomic’s AI-powered automation agents (pricing, bidding, inventory, analytics)
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to translate models and capabilities into user-facing features
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
- Translate insights from data, user research, and market trends into clear product specifications
- Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and post-launch analysis of new features
- Partner with Product Data Analysts to define success metrics and validate hypotheses
- Communicate progress, results, and vision effectively across the company - including leadership and investors
- Leverage AI‑assisted tools (e.g., GPT-based ideation, analytics automation) for rapid iteration and decision support.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AI, or data‑driven platforms
- Strong analytical and technical background; comfortable working with SQL, Python notebooks, dashboards
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, ops)
- Proven success taking complex, data-heavy products from concept to launch
- Excellent communication skills - able to align both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in agile product development practices
- A track record of ownership, strategic thinking, and bias toward action
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon/e-commerce ecosystems or ad tech platforms
- Background in analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Slack, and modern AI productivity platforms
- Knowledge of Spanish
