As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify and deliver relevant Energy Services to our end customers in every market we operate in and offer ⚡️#NewEnergy to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Define a global customer‑centric product vision and strategic roadmap for the VPP product portfolio, emphasizing market needs, regulatory compliance, business objectives, and technological advancements to leverage our portfolio’s flexibility and optimize Distributed Energy Resources (DERs).
• Deliver, maintain and optimize global products that create real value and solve meaningful customer problems; define and analyze KPIs to measure product success, identify areas for improvement and drive profitability in our flexibility offerings.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities across international energy markets, understanding their regulatory landscapes, market dynamics and revenue potential.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to translate market needs into actionable product requirements and deliver high‑performing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the energy market to drive product adoption and market success.
• Provide expertise to sales and marketing teams for successful product launches and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in international energy markets, with a demonstrated track record of success in product management roles, particularly within the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) domain.
• Strategic mindset: ability to think strategically while managing tactical details of energy operations, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving positive change.
