This is a full-time remote opportunity, open to candidates across the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in project planning, stakeholder management, and execution while driving collaboration and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of software projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product, and business functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).
8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in software or technology-driven environments.
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects in remote or distributed team settings.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
