In your role as (Senior) Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics (m/f/x) , you will become part of our dynamically growing Microsoft team and take on the management of challenging projects for our customers - predominantly from the automotive, manufacturing, construction supplier, retail or utilities sectors . You will take full responsibility for your projects - from requirements analysis and conceptualisation to implementation and successful rollout. You will coordinate all those involved, manage budgets and schedules and ensure that everything runs smoothly. With technical understanding and a structured approach, you will optimise business processes in sales, marketing and service and actively drive the digital transformation on the basis of state-of-the-art technologies.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the management and control of IT or CRM projects
• Experience with PM standards (e.g. PMI, IPMA, Prince2, SCRUM, SAFe), tools such as MS DevOps Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE as well as a good understanding of related technologies is desirable
• A structured, goal-oriented way of working, coupled with initiative and strong organisational skills
• High customer orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• A high level of commitment, ability to work in a team and a confident, professional demeanour
• Willingness to travel moderately at home and abroad
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
