The Team and RoleTo continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager to actively drive our sales pipeline and help scale Avelios’ impact in the clinical sector. As an early sales hire, you’ll play a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring hospitals across Germany benefit from our software platform.You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to deal closure and ongoing customer engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a fast-growing health tech company and make a tangible difference in how healthcare is delivered. Your ResponsibilitiesActively manage and drive the entire B2B sales process, from first contact to contract signingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience and successful onboardingQualify leads, advise prospects, and convert them into enthusiastic long-term customersDevelop tailored proposals that align with customer needs and Avelios’ commercial goalsCreate and refine sales strategies, pitch materials, and market analyses to grow our pipelineBuild and nurture a strong network within the healthcare and hospital ecosystemTrack and report on key sales KPIs, helping to refine sales operations and forecastingServe as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, communicating product value clearly to diverse stakeholders Your QualificationsSuccessfully completed studies in business, technology, medicine, or a related fieldSolid experience in B2B software sales — ideally in the healthcare sector or with hospitalsProven track record of winning new customers and driving measurable business outcomesExcellent presentation and negotiation skills across diverse audiencesStrong interest in digital health, with technical understanding of software productsStructured, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for actionSelf-driven and hands-on working style, with a passion for customer successFluent in German and proficient in English Your BenefitsHigh flexibility, variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownershipAbility to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by leading international VCsMotivating work environment with a diverse team that enjoys working togetherChance to shape significant parts of our growth storyMany perks & benefits as well as a great office in the heart of MunichA competitive salary plus a virtual stock option package
