Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our global sales initiatives for dairy farming. This pivotal role involves acting worldwide for sales, supporting regional and country teams, and serving as the key account manager for VIP customers. GEA Farm Technologies is a global agricultural technology company developing solutions for dairy farms to optimize milk production, animal health, and farm management. We are committed to advancing sustainable, efficient, and animal-friendly farming and empower farmers to feed the world while safeguarding resources for future generations.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Drive Global Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies across international markets to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Regional & Country Support: Collaborate with regional and country sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Cooperate cross-divisional with other GEA entities and represent the dairy farming sector for integrated dairy farm and milk powder facility projects worldwide
  • Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition regarding large projects
  • Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Completed studies in Engineering or comparable education
  • Proven experience in international sales management (5+ years)
  • Strong track record in key account management, especially with large customers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
