As a Full Stack Development Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in driving multiple concurrent development programmes across a dynamic and collaborative environment — spanning front-end, back-end, CI/CD pipelines, and product delivery.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a cross-functional engineering team across multiple projects
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services using C# and Go and GoLang.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions at speed and scale
• Own the delivery pipeline, champion clean code, and promote engineering excellence
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high-impact delivery

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in C# development and at least 3 years using Go (Golang)
• Deep understanding of SQL services (MySQL, MS SQL Server)
• Proven experience leading software development teams in high-paced environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset — you're not just a coder, you're a coach, mentor, and facilitator

• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure and containerization tools like Kubernetes/Docker
