(Senior) Specialist Merchandise Planning & Allocation (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• Assortment planning and allocation based on channel specific performance and sales target
• Be part of new assortment strategy development processes for Cybex online shop
• Weekly performance tracking (e.g. sell-out, stock levels and returns) and defining actionable recommendations
• Demand forecasting in collaboration with all B2C channels
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels across all omnichannel platforms
• Preparation of reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
• Close collaboration with E-Commerce teams and across departments to algin Go-to-market projects, product availability, pricing, promotions
• Support Roll‑outs into new regions (e.g. IMEA, Japan, USA and Canada) and ensure merchandising standards like stock segregation and commercial rule book alignments

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in merchandise planning, ideally in an e‑commerce or omnichannel environment
• Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in Excel, SAP, planning platforms and experience with BI tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, inventory KPIs, and planning principles
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with frequent changes
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, German language is a plus
