Your tasks

• The opportunity to influence strategic decisions at the highest level within the TRATON R&D organization
• High-level relationship-building across the R&D organization to ensure input from each R&D area in defining future TRATON R&D Strategy
• Membership in a diverse, cross-site team dedicated to solving complex problems and developing the best solutions for TRATON R&D
• A platform for personal development and engagement in a global network with colleagues from multiple sites

Your Qualifications

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action
• High social intelligence and a true collaborator, skilled at engaging with stakeholders across different levels
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and goal-focused
• The ability to balance short-term priorities while keeping the long-term perspective in focus
• Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-changing environments
• A problem-solving attitude—focusing on solutions rather than challenges
• Languages: English is a must; German, Swedish, Portuguese, or other languages are a plus
• Extensive experience in strategic development, leadership, project management, or R&D within one of the TRATON brands
