• You drive the evolution of our Employer Value Proposition and strengthen our employer brand in the tech environment.
• You represent us at career fairs and on social media to make our EVP visible and attract tech talents.

• You have several years of experience in recruiting and employer branding – ideally in an international environment.
• You can demonstrate proven success in developing and implementing strategic recruiting and branding initiatives.
• You are proficient in recruiting tools such as Cornerstone and use social media platforms confidently.
• You impress with strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen sense for different target groups.
• You act as a role model and strategic influencer, actively shaping our employer brand.
• You help shape the future of our recruiting with innovative ideas and full commitment.
• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
