What you’ll build

• We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Product Manager to take ownership of the event driven architecture domain within SAP LeanIX . Together with our Shared Services Engineering teams you will not only ensure that we offer a scalable flexible SaaS infrastructure - but you will also be responsible for defining processes & solutions to support further scaling.
• You will be at the center of our platforms nervous system owning the critical services that power our event-driven architecture.
• You will empower both our customers and internal teams by managing a vital webhook service and you will enable your fellow engineers to innovate by providing a custom code execution environment.
• By developing a service that helps customers build their own integrations you will directly contribute to their success and flexibility.
• Underpinning all of this you will be the steward of our core event streaming platform ensuring the reliability and scale that our entire ecosystem depends on.
• Technical Product Managers at SAP LeanIX are regular product team members but they have an additional level of software development expertise that makes it easier to excel while working with teams.

What you bring

• 2 to 5 years of experience in product management
• Experience with event driven architecture (e.g. Kafka Azure Event Hub) and other technologies related to the team (webhooks custom code execution custom integrations). The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and is focused on understanding stakeholder problems
• Strong ability to analyze internal stakeholder / customer needs industry trends and technical constraints to drive product decisions
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Motivation to engage mostly with internal stakeholders and translate insights into product improvements
• Experience in structured planning and aligning roadmaps across multiple stakeholders
