What You’ll Do

Develop strategies to premiumize trade marketing offers through new brand collaborations and innovative initiatives
Create high‑visibility sales assets with prioritized investments for each sales cycle to maximize impact at point of sale
Collaborate with brand managers to design and implement in‑salon execution toolboxes for key initiatives
Lead multi‑brand programs during key consumption periods (e.g., Christmas, summer campaigns), ensuring alignment across brands and channels
Manage and optimize key sales materials for each sales cycle to support sales teams and drive results
Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify new opportunities and optimize trade marketing strategies

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or marketing (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing/brand management/trade marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
Proven track record in collaborations, partnerships, and cross‑brand activations
Creative thinker with a keen eye for beauty trends and consumer preferences
Excellent communication skills in English
